. . . before the places fill up for Thurs 7 Apr short film tips and tricks workshop.
You don’t even have to enter the Short Film at the Festival if you don’t want to, but this is a fantastic opportunity to learn how to use your phone, camera, iPad or tablet to make mini movies, docos or music videos.
There are only 8 places left in a limited class size, so get in quick before Mick Green hits the airwaves on ABC Gippsland tomorrow morning (Wed) to talk about the workshop. Got a feeling things will move fast then. The first 8 emails received and confirmed to: firstname.lastname@example.org will get the remaining slots.
Just $15 cost – the session is worth way more, but is being subsidised by the lovely Festival committee, who are keen to promote and encourage local talent. You’ll come away with handouts, ideas and tips on how to start turning those ideas into film reality. The second workshop on Fri 13 May will cover editing and submission tips and tricks.
